This position is both creative and rigorous by nature you need to think

Responsibilities
- Provide knowledge of the various items to customers, explaining complex features and differences between them and providing purchasing advice to customers.
- Provide superior customer service and support to ALL CUSTOMERS.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales objectives.
- Enter new clients on customer card and also maintain updated customer information including contact data.
- Cross selling products and knowing layout of the store.
- Assist in the safe maintenance, appearance, and pricing of the items in the showroom
Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Passion for furniture products & interior design.
- Confidence & Outspoken.
- Highly creative and conversant with Social Media.
- Experience in ERP, Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook.
- Experience in a similar position.
- Discipline,well groomed and very punctual.
Nice to have
- META Knowledge.
- Additional languages.
- Google Adwords experience.
- Strong analytical skills.
